Are you creating too much content?


Is such a thing even possible? Content marketers seem to be under the impression that the more content you create, the better. No doubt, content is important to get your brand noticed, and the fear of being left behind has spurred marketers to keep churning out a large number of blogs, case studies and whitepapers without any proper strategy or resources.

However, if you are not providing any value through all this content, it will not help you drive traffic, generate leads or meet any other objective you have in mind. You will only be adding to the noise on the Web and overwhelm your target audience.

Thus, rather than quantity, you need to focus on the quality of your published content. 

Always keep the following points in mind while creating your next content piece -

  Is the topic relatable to your target audience?
  Will it provide value or add anything to their knowledge?
 Is your target audience reading about or searching for it?
